Dialysis Care
Advancing Dialysis Through Access, Efficiency, and Care.
Amana Evershine’s dialysis model is built on a simple premise: care should move with the patient, not the other way around.
Our approach redefines traditional renal care by shifting from facility-dependent treatment to a home-first, mobile-supported delivery system. Instead of requiring patients to travel multiple times per week to fixed dialysis centers, we bring clinically supervised, high-quality dialysis directly to them, supported by a coordinated network of healthcare professionals and digital infrastructure.
At the core of the model is a three-layer system designed for flexibility, efficiency, and scale.
First, in-home dialysis serves as the primary mode of care. Patients receive treatment in a familiar environment, which improves adherence, reduces disruption to daily life, and supports better long-term outcomes. For many, this means replacing hours of travel and waiting rooms with a more dignified and manageable care experience.
Second, mobile clinical teams provide the human layer that ensures safety and continuity. Nurses and technicians are deployed regionally to support patient onboarding, manage complex cases, and deliver hands-on care when needed. This bridge between home care and clinical oversight allows the model to safely accommodate a wide range of patient needs.
Third, a centralized clinical command center connects the system. Through remote monitoring and data-driven insights, care teams can track patient progress, identify risks early, and intervene proactively. This layer transforms dialysis from a reactive process into a coordinated, continuously managed service.
What makes this model particularly effective is its ability to adapt to real-world patient variability. Dialysis is not a one-size-fits-all treatment. Patients often require multiple sessions per week, with varying durations and intensities. Traditional facility-based systems struggle to accommodate this variability efficiently. Amana Evershine’s distributed model, however, is designed for it—enabling dynamic scheduling, optimized resource utilization, and personalized care delivery.
Operationally, the model reduces reliance on expensive infrastructure while improving the utilization of clinical staff and equipment. By leveraging portable dialysis technology and shared device deployment, we significantly lower the cost per patient while maintaining high clinical standards.
For healthcare systems, this translates into a model that is not only patient-centered but also economically sustainable. For patients, it means greater autonomy, comfort, and continuity of care.
Amana Evershine is not introducing a new dialysis technology. It is introducing a better way to deliver it—one that aligns with the future of healthcare: mobile, data-enabled, and built around the realities of patients’ lives.
