Amana-Evershine is a healthcare workforce education and innovation organization serving Oman and the GCC. We work at the intersection of academic learning, clinical readiness, professional development, workforce capacity building, and digital health.
Our work is designed to support institutions and learners as they move from knowledge acquisition to practical application. We emphasize measurable learning outcomes, competency assessment, clinical reasoning, professional communication, documentation, quality assurance, and readiness for the expectations of healthcare environments.
